During the last weekend of January, we hosted the first business group of the year – Riskmedia, a Barcelona-based international insurance brokerage company. After two difficult years during the pandemic, they wanted to meet again as a team to renew their energy and review their 2022 objectives in a peaceful setting. For this purpose, they chose Can Vital.
Riskmedia had their own team building activities planned during their stay and so mainly benefitted from the exceptional facilities and the beautiful setting of Can Vital.
One of the great attractions for Riskmedia was Can Vital’s multipurpose room. Large enough to host a substantial group, it is also fully fitted out with AV equipment, presentation pointer, air con, ensuite toilet facilities, wooden floors and plenty of natural light, all of which enabled Riskmedia to run a smooth meeting in the most comfortable of settings.
The group used different spaces around Can Vital for smaller meetings, and to get inspired by the “hygge”* of each corner.
The coffee break was enjoyed outside where the good weather welcomed the group; breathing in the fresh air while surrounded by gorgeous views across to the Montserrat mountains and the Mediona Valley below (in Penedès, a 1-hour drive from Barcelona). As, at Can Vital, we like to inspire health and wellness, we added a detox smoothie to the coffee break.
Meals were prepared by a private chef, with organic ingredients from our kitchen and local businesses.
